THE MESSAGE
Nailed to a cross, He died for me and you
Paying the price for every sin we have done and also will do
For the desires of our flesh, He took His stripes
He defeated death and offers us life
In the sight of His mother, He was ridiculed and scourged
To give us eternity and allow our evil to be purged
He asked the Father to forgive us on the day that He died
For our selfish wickedness and merciless pride
For two days He lay dead and on the third He rose
To strengthen His ministry and ensure that it grows
In His sheep, He lives; And through us, delivers the truth
Transforming us with miracles, we are His living proof
That the Father so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son
To live and to die and bring salvation to Everyone
