And whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Dear Readers, The Lord can bring you into focus. So much of our lives are unfocused and undisciplined when we are not focused on God. How many times have you had a great idea for a business or a job you wanted? Maybe when you were young you wanted to be a doctor or lawyer. Maybe you wanted to own a certain home or visit another part of the world. Many of us had dreams that we never realized. Why? We lack focus. We lack faith. We lack the ability to believe in greatness. We lack a proper relationship with God. The Lord says, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” [Matthew 6:33] You see, our life on earth is school. We are here to learn. When you deeply study the Word, you realize that everything that God does is meant to teach us. By focusing on Him, we learn how to have faith and belief. We learn discipline and how to channel our spirit. We learn that with His help, we can achieve great things and thus we become elevated in our spirit. Like any great father, God gives us the structure and motivation we need to succeed. This is why He fills us with His Holy Spirit. The Spirit is meant to guide us, uplift us and strengthen us.
Why then – you ask – do so many non-believers succeed in life? They don’t. Maybe they achieve material wealth, but they are not elevated in their spirit. Sure, they do have focus and discipline, but it is ungodly. They are driven not by the Spirit of God, but by lust, greed, envy, jealousy, hatred. Their hearts are rooted in evil. Sure, there are unbelievers who live a Buddhist life or are peaceful atheists; and maybe they are happy, but happiness is fleeting. Joy lasts forever for joy is of the Lord. The evil ones are never satisfied and the happy ones only have temporary bliss.
Only God can truly fulfill us. Only the Lord and His Word can bring us true success. Only He can give us true strength, discipline, faith, drive and focus. God helps us to help ourselves and others. We humans are meant to be a team with God as our coach. If you want to better your life, you need to form a relationship with God. Focus on Him, seek Him and your purpose will be revealed. You will achieve success beyond your wildest dreams. Achieve more than you ever could have imagined.
Even in prison, I am achieving things I never thought possible. This website is only one of the many wonderful gifts the Lord has given me. He has allowed me to speak on His behalf to thousands of people all over the world. As I am writing this, this site is being read in 124 countries worldwide. Praise God! Hallelujah! Shout Amen! And I know that this is only a taste of what’s to come. Who knows what wonderful gifts He has for you? There is only one way to find out. Focus on God!
