Romans 8:18-21 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.
Dear Readers, We were created out of love. We were made to love our Creator and each other. We are meant to worship our Father, GOD, Who is the Creator of the entire universe. We were meant to be one with God and each other, but our choice to sin created a schism that caused us to be separated from the Lord. Some of you may be on the fence when it comes to God and Christianity. In fact, some of you who are reading this may not believe at all. Perhaps you are just curious and that curiosity brought you here. Curiosity is good. God gave it to us to inspire us to seek and find the truth. Like any loving parent, He enjoys watching us discover. You may be skeptical and think it quixotic to ponder God or His purpose for us.
I believe that the evidence or our creation is overwhelming and simple to understand. You see, there are questions that evolutionists cannot explain. How did our consciousness come to be? Why are we able to imagine, create, theorize, write, count, aspire, become artists, musicians, poets, scholars and how is it that we… Love???? The answer is very simple, yet complex. We were created by an omnipotent being. We are designed to do all those things and more. The fact that we can do such things are proof of creation. Yea, the very notion of love is proof. Go ahead. See for yourself. Research evolution. You will find that the theory of evolution can provide no plausible answers to the question of consciousness. The only explanation of love is God.
Have you ever studied ancient history? If you do, you will find that every civilization worships. They always have and they always will. I don’t care if you are a self-proclaimed atheist – you are worshiping something. Whether it is sex, your partner, drugs, money, clothes, video games, t.v., shopping, food or music. We all worship. It is human nature. And do you know where that nature comes from? GOD! He created us to worship Him, but our choice to enter sin into that equation warped and skewed our view and intended purpose; thus causing us to worship all manner of idols – even ourselves or each other. When we love or worship things that are not godly, we create a void within us that causes us to feel empty and lacking. What I have written here is fact, not theory. Search yourself from within and you will know that I speak the truth. If you want to feel full and whole, all you need to do is accept, love and worship our Father who art in heaven. Honor Him by loving others and spreading joy. Do what He created you to do. You will not find purpose and meaning in idols or theories. God is the only one who can show you your true purpose. His scriptures are the key to understanding and the true path to God. Study them and find your true purpose. The alternative is to wander aimlessly without ever discovering who you truly are.
You may ask yourself, “Why did God allow us the opportunity to choose sin in the first place?” The answer to that question lies within the question itself. He allowed us to choose. In order to create a unique and diverse being, it was necessary to allow us the ability to choose our own path. We are not mindless drones like bees. You see, we are meant to worship, but we can also choose what we want to worship. Without bad choices available, we could only choose good; which means we really wouldn’t have a choice at all. If we could only love and worship God, would that love and admiration be real? Would we be able to learn from our mistakes if we had no mistakes to make? No other creature on earth can do what we do. Darwin’s theory claims that we evolved from apes. Apes do not worship, nor do they pray. Only humans do that because only we were created to do so.
II Corinthians 9:12-15 For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God, while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify God for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Christ, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men, and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of God in you. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!
